***Due to the outbreak of COVID-19, please be informed that there is a possibility of shipments delay due to stringent custom checks at destination countries and flight delays arised from shortage and cancellation.
To curb the virus spread, many countries have imposed stringent measures such as self lockdown, strict custom checks at checkpoints and curbing the in flow of tourists as well as reducing the number of flights in and out of the country. As such, all these measures only extend the shipping timeline.

Unfortunately the postal service is out of our control, so please kindly accept our apologies for this unfortunate situation. We promise that in cases like this, we will immediately arrange a new parcel to be delivered to you after we have established that the parcel is lost based on the given tracking number and within the 30 to 45 days shipping period. Kindly do be patient with us while we investigate and verify.
WILL THIS ITEM GET TO ME BEFORE _________?
If you plan to give one of our items as a holiday or occasional gift, we do not recommend buying the items during the month when the holiday is happening. There is a risk of the item not arriving there on time. We are not held responsible for items that do not arrive before specified dates.

Returns And Refunds
WE DO NOT ACCEPT RETURNS FOR ORDERS UNLESS ...
1. We have sent you the wrong item that is not shown on your order;
2. Your item was delivered damaged;
3. Your item was lost in transit for more than 45 days;
** Please make sure you order the correct size and correct item you intend to buy! **
To be eligible for a return, your item must be damaged and it must also be in the original packaging.
Several types of goods are exempt from being returned. Perishable goods such as food, flowers, newspapers or magazines cannot be returned. We also do not accept products that are intimate or sanitary goods, hazardous materials, or flammable liquids or gases.
ADDITIONAL NON-RETURNABLE ITEMS INCLUDE :

To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase. Next, email us at email@example.com, indicating your intention for the return, your name, order number, copy of the receipt as proof of your purchase and a photo of your item that you purchased from us; as we need to verify that the item is in it's original condition including the packaging !

If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once the returned item is received, a gift certificate will be emailed to you.
If the item wasn’t marked as a gift when purchased, or the gift giver had the order shipped to themselves to give to you later, we will send a refund to the gift giver and he will find out about your return.
