WHEN CAN I EXPECT TO RECEIVE MY PACKAGE?

Every single item on Awe in All is custom made just for you, and it will take us 1-3 business days to produce and make sure your order is everything you hoped it would be prior to shipping.

Please note: Some of our items in our catalog are so popular that the shipping times may take longer than the estimates below.

For all products : it will be around 15 to 45 Business Days via FREE International Shipping(With Tracking & Insurance).

***Due to the outbreak of COVID-19, please be informed that there is a possibility of shipments delay due to stringent custom checks at destination countries and flight delays raised from shortage and cancellation. 

To curb the virus spread, many countries have imposed stringent measures such as self lockdown, strict custom checks at checkpoints and curbing the inflow of tourists as well as reducing the number of flights in and out of the country. As such, all these measures only extend the shipping timeline. 

We kindly ask for your understanding at this time. Do know that we have consulted our logistics service provider and are currently doing our best to ensure your orders are being shipped out timely and that they arrived at your door step promptly.   

*Do know that the current shipping time estimate is subjected to change due to the logistical constraints faced by the airlines and logistics service providers. The timelines will be updated as timely as the situation permits. 

COVID-19 UPDATE: Shipping times are delayed and may vary; we aim to process and ship your order within 1-3 working days, and because of shipping delays, delivery can take be between 2-4 weeks. Not to worry, every order comes includued with a tracking number, that will be sent once our package is shipped out of our warehouse!

CAN I TRACK MY PACKAGE?

A Tracking Number will be sent to you by email a few days after your order has been placed. You will be able to track your order here. If you haven’t received your tracking number within the time frames below, please use our Contact Us form and we’ll be happy to assist!

For all orders, please take note, your tracking information may take up to 72 hours for the package to show up in the forwarder's tracking system. After 72 hours, you can track the progress of your shipment here.   

WILL I RECEIVE AS ONE PACKAGE FOR ALL MY ORDERED ITEMS?

Depending on the number of items you order, you may receive multiple shipments. Some of our inventory is spread across different warehouses, and we want to get your item to you as fast as possible.

I NEVER RECEIVED MY PACKAGE, WHAT SHOULD I DO?

If your item has not arrived within 30 - 45 days for Pet products after having ordered, please use our Contact Us form OR email us at getsupport@aweinall.com & we will do our best to help you!

HOW MUCH IS SHIPPING?

Once you’ve clicked through to Secure Checkout, you can enter your delivery address and continue to shipping method. Shipping costs are then calculated and tacked on to your subtotal at the bottom of the page.

We currently offer FREE mode of delivery.

Due to the high demand of our items, different shipping times for different rates are as follows:

  1. FREE International Shipping (With Tracking & Insurance): Kindly allow an estimated 15 to 45 Business Days for your order to arrive. 

WHAT ABOUT CUSTOMS?  WILL I BE CHARGED FOR CUSTOM DUTIES OR IMPORT TAXES WHEN MY PACKAGE ARRIVED IN MY COUNTRY?

Import duties, taxes, and charges are not included in the item price or shipping cost. These charges vary from one country to another and are the buyer's responsibility.

Please check with your country's customs office to determine what these additional costs will be.

WHAT HAPPENS IF MY ORDER GETS LOST IN TRANSIT?

Unfortunately the postal service is out of our control, so please kindly accept our apologies for this unfortunate situation. We promise that in cases like this, we will immediately arrange a new parcel to be delivered to you after we have established that the parcel is lost based on the given tracking number and within the 30 to 45 days shipping period. Kindly do be patient with us while we investigate and verify.

WILL THIS ITEM GET TO ME BEFORE _________?

If you plan to give one of our items as a holiday or occasional gift, we do not recommend buying the items during the month when the holiday is happening. There is a risk of the item not arriving there on time. We are not held responsible for items that do not arrive before specified dates.
